Mike Richardson
Chief Richardson joined Ennis ISD in March 2022, serving as the Chief of Police for the Ennis Independent School District.
Before coming to Ennis ISD, Chief Richardson served as a Police Lieutenant with Ferris ISD beginning in 2019. Prior to that, he was a Sergeant with Red Oak ISD, where he was honored as "Officer of the Year" in 2015 and "Employee of the Year" in 2016.
Chief Richardson holds a Bachelor's Degree from Tarleton State University and a Master’s Degree from Lamar University. In addition to his academic achievements, he has completed extensive law enforcement training and certifications and serves as a training instructor across multiple disciplines.
Chief Richardson is proud to be part of the Ennis ISD team and is committed to fostering strong relationships with the community he serves.
