    Philosophy of Education:

The primary and fundamental purpose of a school is to educate students with a strong academic standard that will prepare them for the myriad of challenges, opportunities, and obstacles that they will face in life.  My role as a campus administrator is to promote educational excellence, student achievement, and a welcoming environment where students feel safe and secure and where learning can occur. I believe that it is our responsibility to equip our students as best as we can to be prepared for the ever-changing world that is awaiting them after high school.  We are shifting our understanding about what education has always looked like, working to realize that it is evolving faster than ever, and training students for job markets that are different than the ones for which we were trained.

    Family/Personal:

I am married to the best teacher I know, and we have two amazing children.  We love spending family time with our dogs while playing games, telling stories, or watching a good movie.
